All participants (motorcycle drivers & passengers if applicable) must sign an indemnity agreement (see definition below:)

"Other leisure activities that might have you signing an indemnity agreement are things like skydiving and parasailing. Most companies will not allow you to participate in such activities unless you actually sign an indemnity agreement that holds them not liable for injury to yourself or death. In truth, most companies that offer somewhat dangerous leisure activities could not remain solvent without such an agreement."

On the indemnity agreement you will be required to confirm and certify that:

  • You are in good health and are capable of moderate physical activities such as operating your motorcycle, short hikes and setting up your campsite.
  • You must be a licensed motorcycle operator (in your home state) and furnish a photocopy of your drivers license along with the endorsed indemnity agreement and half of the tour cost as a deposit (payment in full is due at the start of the trip.)
  • You are an experienced motorcycle rider and you will operate your motorcycle legally and within your personal riding skill level.  As part of this trip you will not engage in racing type exhibitions or any other unsafe, risky or hazardous acts.
  • Your motorcycle is mechanically sound and in good repair, licensed, insured and safety inspected (in your home state.)
  • You must have personal health insurance and / or health coverage as part of your motorcycle umbrella policy.
  • Indicate that you have read and understand that operating a motorcycle by nature is a dangerous activity and unforeseeable  circumstances could occur during a ride.  Any or all of these could cause an accident or injury and are outside the control of AGMT:  individual operator error, road conditions, weather, other vehicle operator error, mechanical failure, heath issues and / or acts of god.

AGMT carries a liability insurance policy which does not cover your motorcycle from accident, collision or theft.  It will cover your personal equipment and camping gear while being transported by our company from unforeseen circumstances.
